Refund Policy


  • We value your custom and want you to be happy with anything you purchase from Venezuela Boutique. You have the right to change your mind for most items you buy online and get a full refund within a specific timeframe.
  • This right of cancellation is incorporated both within the laws of Ireland and the EU. At all times Venezuela Boutique Limited and its stores fully acknowledge and respect your full and unqualified statutory rights under those laws and regulations.
  • When you buy goods online from us and wish to return them for any reason, you have up to 14 days from the date you receive those goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. Following that, you then have a further 14 days to return those goods to us. This right also applies to gift items.

  • Note, where items are referred to a 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance', we cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty/defective. If this is the case, please contact us and follow the below instructions
  • Any returned items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all garment tags, hygiene or security seals, where applicable, and ‘do not remove tags’ intact and attached.
  • If you are returning goods, you will have to pay for the actual cost of returning them. We are then required to refund all payments, including any standard delivery charges, along with the original price you paid. If you are returning goods purchased online, please follow the following guidelines.

  • Firstly, email venezuelaqueries@gmail.com to tell us what goods you are proposing to return. We will send you a prompt reply acknowledging your email.
  • Then, repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original, undamaged and unused condition, ideally in their original packaging. Enclose the original receipt or copy of that receipt. Please ensure that the package is sealed properly.
  • Post the parcel to Venezuela Boutique Ltd., 85 Strand Street, Skerries, Co. Dublin, K34 H023, Ireland. You should obtain proof of the date of posting, or tracking number if relevant, which proof you should retain until the matter is finalised and you have received your refund. Obviously, you are responsible for the goods until they have been successfully returned to us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notifying you of our response to your refund request. Your approved refund will be promptly processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
